The Clubhouse is open year-round.

• As a courtesy to members and guests, cell phones may not be used for conversations in the Clubhouse or on the deck or patios.

• Proper attire is requested for all social occasions. In the Clubhouse, men are expected to wear collared shirts, shorts or slacks, and footwear. Men should not wear hats in the Clubhouse. Men are encouraged to wear jackets for Friday night dining and other special occasions.

• Smoking is not permitted in any part of the Clubhouse or on the deck or patios.

• Children under the age of twelve must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while on the premises and must wear a life preserver while on Club docks, bulkheads, floats and launches.

• Dogs must be leashed and are not allowed in the Clubhouse, except service dogs.

• All guests must be registered in the guest book by the Club member. A member may not introduce the same guest more than twice a month.

The Club observes the tradition of “dressing ship” and flag etiquett. All those in the Clubhouse, on the waterfront, or other grounds (including event tents) within sight of the flagpole should stand silently at attention while the flag is raised and lowered.

Parking is permitted in designated areas only for members and guests. Members who depart on a vessel or who wish to leave a vehicle for a prolonged period should park in the gravel parking lot. Please notify the of any plans to leave a vehicle for an extended period.

• Any member who wishes to rent a Club mooring or slip should notify the Club Manager or Waterfront Manager for availability or wait list procedures. Rules apply.

• Slips not rented or reserved may be used by members for loading, unloading or servicing. Contact the Waterfront Manager.

• The Club maintains moorings for member use for short stays on a first come basis at Hamburg Cove (Lyme, CT), Great Salt Pond (Block Island, RI), Sag Harbor and North Haven (Sag Harbor, NY). The EYC Burgee must be displayed. Rules apply.

• Small boat dry storage on trailer or racks is subject to space available on a first come basis. Rules and fees apply. Contact the Waterfront Manager.

• The outer fixed docks are available for loading and unloading with a 30-minute time limit.
